This is the key question that people ask all the time. 

The market value of your current home allows you to decide what you can afford to spend on your next home and could impact the size, age, features of property and the neighbourhood you are able to buy into. 

I have developed a custom marketing evaluation system to determine the most effective listing price for your home. A "Comprehensive Market Analysis" (CMA) takes into account the most comparable active and recently sold properties throughout your neighbourhood. I not only include the most recently sold comparable properties but also include active (and any expired) listings as it's important to take into account your competition when deciding to list your home for sale.
